Our focus for this conference is POSITIVE LEADERSHIP.
We have planned our topics and speakers around this core concept to help jumpstart the new year with a positive outlook.

• Andy Masters - Leadership Lessons from Hollywood & HERO Member Experience in a COVID-19 Environment (keynote; 3 CMI credits)

• Stephen Barth - Emotional Intelligence in Leadership (1.5 credits)

• Jodie Cunningham - (Human Resources - TBD) (1.5 credits)

• Joseph Abely & David Duval / Club Benchmarking - Presentation on their recent club survey - Re: Club Board Education (1 credit)

• Michelle Cocita & Erin Schlegel - Club Internship Program Development (1 credit)

Our annual Chef of the Carolinas competition will be held virtually in conjunction with the Winter Conference.  Please see the separate information email with details about this fun virtual departure from our traditional in-person event.  And please DONATE for our Student Chapters and BUY RAFFLE TICKETS for some great packages!

Because of the current COVID-19 situation, this conference will be held VIRTUALLY.

We have instituted a minimal registration charge for this conference due to IT costs and support needed for implementation of the Zoom events.

CMAA Members must register in order to receive credit for the sessions.
