Work History
Damon has worked in the hospitality industry throughout his entire career. Providing outstanding service has been his passion since he was a young man working in his family-owned restaurant in Rhode Island. He has been employed at three other private country clubs. Damon has been educated in the Ritz Carlton training program, and worked briefly for Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. He has been a speaker to many groups and Fortune 100 companies on customer service excellence. Damon’s employment at Charlotte Country Club began in 1989 while he was a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Married in 1996 to wife Suzanne
