My name is Taylor Larsen and I am the Assistant Manager at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have been a part of the Quail Hollow family since the 2017 PGA Championship where I worked as a server in corporate hospitality. I have progressed through the food and beverage department as a server, bartender, Quail Institute Fellow, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager over the last 5 and a half years. While I began my career after graduation from Appalachian State University at Grandfather Golf and Country Club, I truly found my calling after joining the Quail Hollow Club team, learning under the best leaders in Tom DeLozier and Jordan Miller and connecting with such an amazing Membership. Through the first few years of my career, I learned the importance of having caring yet professional mentors to guide me. Not only by watching and following their example, but also having the comfort of knowing you can ask them anything and confide in them. Also, after losing my very first job, my unique yet relatable experience and the events thereafter will bring a sense of comfort to any mentee, hopefully positively benefitting their own journeys.
