Education Information
The 2018 Winter Education meeting will concentrate on Food & Beverage issues and will offer the perfect opportunity for mid-level managers and supervisors to attend and benefit from this program.

Chef Panel – We will have a group of top-notch local chefs discussing food trends.
Carolinas’ own “LEaD Talks” – A series of 15 minute talks by your fellow managers that will offer educational and networking benefits. "Ted Talks" look out!

Networking Event
A Chapter Networking Event is scheduled at the Cape Fear Country Club on Sunday from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. Chapter members and guests will enjoy cocktails from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., followed by dinner. (Cost: $70/adult, $35/student; Attire: Business Casual, Jackets required.) Child care will be available for ages 4 - 12 and must be bathroom independent; $15 per child. Transportation will be provided for the evening.
Optional Wine Auction Donation Information
Be a part of the 2018 CMAA World Conference initiatives with some local
participation. The Winter Education Program will serve as a pre-Conference
platform to contribute to the Chapter’s
Wine Auction donation by bringing a bottle of wine (or more!) with you to
the Program. Wine must meet a minimum wholesale value of $25 per bottle. Click here for
