Twelve of the best club chefs in the Carolinas will be on site preparing their best culinary treats for you to sample and for official ACF chefs to judge. We will be awarding our Chef of the Carolinas and our People's Choice trophies.
A special part of this event is our student involvement. Students from our six Student Chapters will serve as volunteers during the competition, and those Student Chapters involved will be the beneficiaries of grants from the Carolinas Club Foundation. These grants are based on the income from attendee fees and raffle ticket sales.
