| "Green: Not just the golf course anymore" |
| Program Speakers: Bill Mammes, Executive Chef Executive Chef Bill Mammes will discuss the steps he and his team have taken to apply the “green” philosophy to food operations: recycling, alternative fuel, waste reduction, composting. Education will include a tour of the club’s vegetable and herb garden followed by lunch.
