Michelle Tanzer is an attorney with Nelson Mullins and works with private clubs around the country.  She has also served on the board of the National Club Association.

Michelle's presentation will center around bundled communities and the special issues they present for the general managers/COOs that manage them.  This session will include a dialogue with our own Terra Waldron, CCM, CCE, CMAA Fellow, who has managed several bundled communities and also serves as the Immediate Past Chair of the National Club Association.

This presentation will be beneficial to managers who currently oversee bundled communities as well as anyone who may see such an opportunity in their future.
