Our Carolinas Chapter Summer Education is always one of our most popular education events of the year - and this year's session will continue that trend. We have engaged Holly Moore, a Leadership and People Development Consultant, known world-wide for helping organizations:

- Creating healthier cultures
- Improving team performance

Discover Your Leadership Voice
Everyone speaks…but not everyone is heard. In today's work environment, it's more important than ever for every voice around the table at your organization to feel deeply heard, valued and respected. Can you imagine a team of people who are self-aware, know how to communicate well, and are able to bring their best to the table every day? What would that do for your culture? For productivity?
Creating that kind of culture is possible when team members discover their leadership voice and know how to leverage the unique contribution they can make.
This workshop is ideal for teams to participate in together as they learn how to:
- Identify the specific value each person brings to the team based on their temperament
- Recognize triggers that lead to stress behavior, frustration and conflict and develop techniques to respond and communicate in a healthy way
- Create specific rules of engagement to enhance team meetings and collaborative work projects based on a better understanding of the mindset of various temperaments
- Develop an action plan to achieve better alignment, clearer communication and higher team performance
Each attendee will receive free access to the 5 Voices Assessment as well as ongoing leadership development content through an online platform to allow learning and application to continue after the workshop.
