SPEAKERS

Scott Wozniak

bolo-bash-golfHow to Become World Class
What we were told about how to become great was wrong. It was well-intentioned, but we misunderstood how the brain works: how we acquire skills, learn ideas, and have high energy performance. This talk combines insights from neuroscience breakthroughs and wisdom from three global training programs that have produced world class performers for centuries. It's not only luck. It's not even raw talent. There is a three-step path to becoming world class at almost anything. Filled with stories and practical tools, this fast-paced talk will make you shake your head in wonder and leave you asking, "What do I want to be world class at?"

Scott has worked within multiple exceptional companies, including Disney, Nucor Steel, and the highest levels of Chick-fil-A.

Holly Moore

bolo-bash-golfHolly is back by popular demand! She shared "Discover Your Leadership Voice" with us at last year's Summer Education which was highly rated.

Her topics for this conference will be:

Cracking the Communication Code

In this interactive workshop, participants learn how to initiate and lead five different kinds of conversations with team members to increase collaboration, strengthen relationships, and enhance productivity. Knowing how to use the right communication code for each conversation sets the stage for productive and meaningful conversations and opens up possibilities in relationships that you never knew were possible.

The Five Metrics of a High-Performing Team

There are five specific metrics that drive team performance in high-performing teams.  In this session, participants learn each of these metrics, evaluate their current status, and create an action plan to take their teams to the next level.  Understanding these components and using them to guide how you lead allows you to attract and retain top talent in your quest to become the best team possible.
