$320.00 per team (includes tournament gift, awards, prizes, cart, range balls, lunch,

cocktail party / meal following play).

Entry fee MUST accompany entry form.

Professionals must be CPGA Section Member. Amateurs must have valid handicap indexes and be members of the same club as the Pro. If manager or superintendent cannot play, then another club official/club member may take their place.  Please contact SCGA office regarding eligibility.  Membership will be verified.

 

P.O.S.M. Championship: Four person Captain’s Choice with net and gross winners:

Social hour, awards, and meal following play.

 

A full refund will be granted if the SCGA office is notified by Oct 27.

A $40.00 administrative fee will be charged for teams withdrawing Oct.28 – Nov. 2.  No refunds granted after November 2.
