Team Member Awareness/Birkman - Birkman assessment and understanding your team members

Program Summary:
Join us to dive deeper into the Birkman Method as a tool to help you and your team work more effectively together. One of the key differentiating factors of the Birkman Method is that it helps to show individuals how they outwardly present (usual behaviors) and how they prefer to be communicated with (needs behavior). These insightful observations can help to foster better understanding within a team and coach leaders to work together in the most effective way possible. Advanced Birkman Consultant, Aaron Dawson, will lead an interactive workshop to teach managers how to leverage their strengths, improve their communication styles and learn more about their internal motivators and expectations of others. All attendees will be asked to complete the Birkman assessment. Once registration for this event closes on August 20, all registrants will be emailed the assessment and will have until August 25 to complete it. Upon completion, you will receive your personalized Birkman Basic Report to review during the workshop.
Dawson has worked with over 500 clients nationwide for group and individual workshops and has been recognized for his work with integrating the Birkman Method into the workplace. He has been a consultant for over a decade and has presented at both the Birkman National Conference and CMAA World Conference.
