Chuck King, American Premium Beverage

Program Summary: 
Chuck King is an on-premise sales manager for American Premium Beverage in the Triad of North Carolina.  He has a BA from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an MPS from Cornell University in Hotel Administration.  He holds a Certified Specialist of Wine Certificate (CSW).  This presentation will include:

• How to know your market
• How to make your market reach your expectations
• How to build and maintain a wine list
• How to build and maintain an effective wine program

 9:30am – 10:00am: Arrival & Networking

10:00am – 11:00pm: Education

11:00am -  11:30am: Facilities Tour

11:45am - 12:45pm: Lunch

1:00pm: Sailing Demonstration*

*Note: bring a change of clothes (boating attire / shorts / t-shirts / boat shoes) if possible.

*If you have any dietary needs or special requests, please inform upon registration
