| Dr. Alex Gnilka is the acting director and clinical coordinator of the Employee Assistance Program at Carolinas HealthCare System. He is a licensed professional counselor with more than eight years of teaching and consulting experience. He has designed and presented professional workshops on multiple topics, such as leadership, cultural diversity, team building, workplace communication and stress management. |
