The Carolinas Chapter Board of Directors is excited for this year’s annual event to be hosted by Myers Park Country Club, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
As the name suggests, this event provides the opportunity for managers to bring their club director(s) to gather with other club leaders for a day of education, networking, and golf. This year, the Chapter is honored to again have Kurt Kuebler, CCM, serve as the Forum’s moderator. Kurt will lead an illustrious panel of industry leaders through a discussion that will cover and address running major tournaments, sustaining the game, designing courses for the future of golf, and more! Panel members include: Mac Everett, tournament chairman of the Wells Fargo Championship; Johnny Harris, president of Quail Hollow Club; Joe Steranka, former CEO of PGA of America; and Jim Urbina, golf course architect.
Forum Schedule
8:30 – 9:00 a.m. – Registration and Continental Breakfast
9:00 – 9:15 a.m. – Chapter Welcome and Announcements
9:15 – 9:30 a.m. – Club Car Executive Presentation
9:30 – 11:30 a.m. – Club Trends Panel
11:30 a.m. – Club Tour and Sit-down Lunch for Non-Golfers
12:00 noon – Shotgun Start for Golfers (Lunch will be provided on the course.)
After Play – Reception
Registration Information
The cost to attend the Forum is $25/person, which includes the panel, breakfast, and lunch. For those wishing to stay and play golf, Myers Park Country Club is opening its course for an incredible opportunity to play golf and enjoy the after-play reception for an additional $50/person.

Accommodation Information
Hampton Inn & Suites – SouthPark at Phillips Place will serve as the Chapter’s host hotel for the Forum. The hotel is located at: 6700 Phillips Place Court, Charlotte, NC 28210. The Chapter's room block is set up at a rate of $145/night. The room block will be released on Monday, June 2; after that time, reservations will be accepted on a rooms available basis only.
Myers Park Country Club is located less than five miles from Charlotte’s city center and SouthPark, where there are a plethora of other hotel options from which to choose. Additionally, it is about ten miles from the airport where there are additional accommodation options as well.
