Program Summary:
Private 501(c)(7) Clubs pursuing nonmember revenue now have a new rule they must follow. They must separate nonmember revenue into one of possibly 8 Silos and pay tax on any Silos that are profitable.

Mitchell L. Stump, CPA, will lead a discussion of the new law and challenge Club Managers about nonmember activities' profitability. If profitable, the IRS wants their tax dollars. If not profitable, why are we pursuing nonmember revenue? This is guaranteed to be a lively discussion.
