Program Summary:
Mentoring can be considered a time drain or a life saver, depending on how it is set up. Successful mentoring programs keep the end users in mind, and a thoughtfully planned program can be a way to develop and retain employees. We will look at both flexibility and structure being the building blocks of a successful mentoring program.

Program Schedule: 9:30 am Arrival & Coffee

10 am - 12 pm Education

12 pm - 1 pm Lunch and Roundtable Discussion
