  • A brief introduction to Boelter, including who they are and how they collaborate with Clubs.
  • How companies like Boelter can assist clubs, who brings in companies like Boelter, and at what stages.
  • Decision making processes—design trends—top capital enhancements Boelter is currently seeing.
  • Challenges in a remodel and questions to ask to help avoid the challenges.
  • Board member over-involvement
  • General Foodservice trends and how they fit with the Club Lifestyle
  • Creating functionality in a design and the process of design

Christy Benitez:

Christy Benitez is a dynamic leadership coach and true people enthusiast. She leverages her hands-on experience to harmonize business priorities with organizational and people strategies.

Christy is a certified practitioner with The Working Genius and is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations realize their true potential, enhancing organizational efficiency, and maximizing production and engagement.

Her personal mission is to meet people where they are and offer them love, hope, and guidance to pursue who they are meant to be. To inspire lasting, positive change, both professionally and personally, and to encourage others to commit to the highest version of themselves not only for optimal performance, but optimal joy and fulfillment.

Christy resides in Easley, SC with her husband, Ricky and four children.


 

Cam Willox:

With over 15 years of experience on the operations side of country clubs in the Midwest and Southwest, Cam's background offers a unique perspective when working with clubs. Whether addressing the need to create efficiencies in the day-to-day operations of member dining, organizing a bar to enhance member experiences, preparing clubs to

host major banquet-style events, or even managing something as small as creating a functional snack shack on the course, Cam excels in finding ways to create fully functional spaces for both members and employees to enjoy.

Having been involved in numerous long-term improvement projects at various courses across the country, Cam possesses extensive knowledge of the decision-making process and enjoys navigating the different challenges that arise during the completion of long-term improvement plans.
