Program Summary: 
General Managers, Clubhouse Managers, Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, F&B Managers are all invited to take this great food handler certification course. Attendees will learn about food borne illness, how to prevent it and how to train employees in food Sanitation. The ServSafe Certification is valid for 5 years once completed.

Program Schedule:
8:30am – 9:00am Arrival & Networking
9:00am – 4:30pm Education & Test (Test typically takes less than one hour)
12 Noon Working Lunch  

Program Fee:
$160 per person – This includes all study materials, Food & Beverage, and testing materials
