| Sylvia Williams, Principle Human Resource Business Consultant at Align Education, will share her human resources expertise and thoughts on popular handbook questions such as: the pros and cons of revising your existing employee handbook or preparing a new one; how to communicate handbook changes effectively to employees; and, what policies should be included. Ms. Williams has spent more than twenty years in human resources and has worked with many different clubs in the Lowcountry area. |
