| Program Speaker: Sara Clow, General Manager Grow Food Carolina Sara Clow, General Manager of GrowFood Carolina manages and operates a local food warehouse where she and her staff aggregate locally grown produce from more than 20 local farms within a 120 mile radius of Charleston, SC. They distribute to more than 50 retail markets, restaurants, and clubs. This enables local growers access to local markets by providing the logistical and distribution support they need. A wonderful lunch using local produce from GrowFood will be served to everyone! |
