Program Summary:
This education will take us through the wine making process from the vineyard to the bottle, not missing a step in between. We will have the benefit of learning the process from the Winemaker himself. The final event activity will put your senses to the test as we taste the final product and try to decipher which aromas each of Shelton’s Wines possess.

Schedule:
10:00am – 10:15am Arrival and Check-In at Shelton Vineyards Retail Tasting Room
10:15am – 12:15pm Behind the scenes tour with Winemaker, Ethan Brown and special tasting in our barrel room.
12:15pm – 1:15pm Round Table Lunch at the Harvest Grill
1:15pm – 2:30pm “Tell Us What You Smell” we will have a selection of red and white wines paired with a sensory kit. Everyone will list the aromas they notice and we will give away fun prizes to participants who get the most.

Room Block Available:
We have a special discounted rate available for attendees at the Hampton Inn and Suites on the Shelton Vineyard property. The room block is available for Sunday May 6th, as well as Monday May 7th. The nightly rate of $135.00 is available by reserving your room using the “CMAA” room block. For room reservations please call the Hotel directly at 336-353-9400.
