Carolinas Chapter members, member-clubs’ staffs and boards, and industry-supporting vendors and friends are invited to join the Carolinas Chapter and Carolinas Student Chapters for an evening of good eats and good fun, all for a good cause.

Club chefs from around the Chapter will showoff and showcase their talents as they vie for the title of "Chef of the Carolinas"; and, all funds raised will help further club management education for Carolinas Student Chapter members at: Johnson & Wales University - Charlotte, Methodist University, University of South Carolina, University of South Carolina - Beaufort and Western Carolina University.

Event History
The Carolinas Chapter has historically supported its Student Chapter affiliates by way of an annual golf tournament. In an effort to better involve students in the event and broaden the networking opportunities for students to engage with their hopeful future employers and mentors, the idea of a Chef of the Carolinas competition was born.

Event Details
Johnson & Wales University will be our host for the competition on Sunday, November 1 from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. in the University Event Center, located at 801 West Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. Parking is available in the Cedar Street Parking Deck, located on Cedar Street between Trade Street and 4th Street. (Attire: Business casual.)

Participation Details
Be an Attendee: Tickets are $60 per person and include food, wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages and a vote for your favorite chef. Click here to register and to buy your raffle tickets in advance via credit card. (Raffle tickets will be sold on-site for cash/check only. Registration is limited to the first 80 attendees; registration will remain open until October 23 as space allows.)
