Description: Immigration has been in the news a lot over the past several months, with seemingly endless changes and limitations to popular visa types that are heavily utilized by clubs in the Carolinas. During this session, Attorney Keith Pabian will outline the current immigration landscape as it relates to clubs and discuss ways to continue to utilize international workers to solve your club's staffing challenges through H-2B, J-1, and other visas. Keith will also discuss legislative updates, potential legal changes, and where immigration could be headed in the coming months and year.
