Pre-Conference:

• Contribute Wine to the Wine Auctions – (all shipments must be postmarked by February 5 or will be collected on-site, click here for details)
  
  NOTE: The Chapter’s collective donation was sent following our Winter Education Program.  If you would still like to contribute, you may do so on-site.
  
  
• Register to Attend the Carolinas Chapter Conference Dinner (Sunday, February 21) - Registration is now closed.  To inquire about availability, please contact Kelly Dixon, Chapter Administrator. Carolinas Chapter members and friends are invited to eat, drink and enjoy a night of good company, seafood and great San Diego Bay views at The Fish Market, Seafood Market and Restaurant. Registration includes appetizers, a three-course dinner, and two drink tickets for wine, beer or cocktails.  Additional alcoholic beverages will charged on an individual basis.
  

• Register for The Club Foundation Run With the Presidents (Monday, February 22, 6:30 a.m.)
  Join your Carolinas Chapter Staff, colleagues and CMAA President Tony D'Errico, CCM, CCE, on a sunrise 5K along the waterfront.  Proceeds from the event will benefit Tee It Up For the Troops and The Club Foundation.  All participants will receive a tech t-shirt and refreshments will be served at the finish line. The registration fee is $30 per person. Grab your sneakers – this is an excellent way to get your day started and benefit two great causes.
  
  
• Register for the Emerging Leader Mixer (Wednesday, February 24, 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.)
  Designed for attendees 35 and under (no students allowed), this event encourages participants to forge connections with other emerging leaders in the club industry. Meet and mingle with other professionals in an informal setting. 
  
  
• Enter the Idea Fair (final deadline for submissions is on-site at 8:00 a.m., February 21, click here for the needed Entry Form and shipping information) – Take advantage of this platform in which to showcase (and showoff!) all of the great things you do at your club.
  
  
• Vote Online (by 12 noon (EST) on February 8 or on-site February 23-25, click here to join your peers at the polls) – If you are a Professional, Alumnus, Retired-Professional or Continuation member, you are encouraged to exercise your right to vote by taking a few moments of your time to vote online in advance of Conference for who of the many qualified candidates you believe will best represent our Association in the future.  http://www.cmaa.org/vote/

At-Conference:

• Sunday, February 21 – Carolinas Chapter Dinner: Carolinas Chapter members and friends are invited to eat, drink and enjoy a night of good company, seafood and great San Diego Bay views at The Fish Market, Seafood Market and Restaurant. Registration includes appetizers, a three-course dinner, and two drink tickets for wine, beer or cocktails.  Additional alcoholic beverages will charged on an individual basis. The attire for the evening is Casual. Registration required.

• Tuesday, February 23 – Carolinas Chapter Hospitality Suite: The Carolinas Chapter Hospitality Suite will be open from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. for some mixing and mingling with friends and colleagues. The suite will be located in the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina; the suite number is 2369. Registration not required.
