Carolinas Chapter members, member clubs' staffs and boards, industry-supporting vendors, and friends are invited to join the Carolinas Chapter and Carolinas Student Chapters for an evening of good eats and good fun, all for a good cause.
Club chefs from around the Chapter will show off and showcase their talents as they vie for the titles of "Chef of the Carolinas" and "People's Choice." All funds raised will help further club management education for Carolinas Student Chapter members. Student Chapters include: East Carolina University, Johnson & Wales University - Charlotte, Methodist University, University of South Carolina - Columbia, University of South Carolina - Beaufort, and Western Carolina University.
