Carolinas Chapter CMAA Cancellation Policy
The registration policy for Chapter programs requires payment by check via mail or on-site upon arrival or by processed credit card at the time of registration. Cancellation of registrations will be accepted with no penalty until Thursday, November 7, 2019. No refunds will be given after 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on November 7. No shows and late cancellations will be billed if payment is not received prior to the program. Late arrivals and early departures will be responsible for the full registration amount unless previously arranged.
All credit card payments are processed by a secure third party, online merchant account. Fees for refunds applied to a credit card may apply.
